The busser assists servers by refilling drinks and delivering plates when necessary, ensuring guests' needs are met swiftly. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area is another critical function, including sweeping floors, tidying furniture, and maintaining organized side stations that are stocked with essential supplies like silverware, plates, napkins, and condiments. This role demands excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and a customer service orientation, all aimed at contributing positively to the overall dining experience. Joining our team means being part of an inclusive and equal opportunity employer that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds, providing a respectful workplace for all team members.
