Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a busser in a fine dining restaurant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Commitment to punctuality and reliability
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of busser experience in a high volume fine dining establishment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Reliable team player with willingness to learn and adapt
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work days nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and order of tables and dining areas
  • Assist waitstaff with clearing dishes and resetting tables
  • Follow proper steps of service and company guidelines
  • Support a positive guest experience through attentive and timely service
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
