Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere
  • Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler's training and certification

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 1+ years of busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere
  • Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler's training and certification
  • 2+ years of busser experience in a high-volume hospitality or fine dining atmosphere preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
  • Fill and empty bus carts
  • properly stack dirty dishes and assist guests with a positive attitude
  • Clear and carry dirty dishes to the dish stations
  • Sanitize tables and chairs
  • remove debris from the floor
  • sweep and mop as necessary
  • Replace/refill condiments and clean dirty condiment-dispensing containers
  • Roll and replenish silverware stock
  • Complete all side work tasks
  • Clean and reset tables after guests leave
  • Inform guests of any food and beverage specials
  • Assist with food running
  • serving drinks
  • and seating guests
  • Communicate with management professionally and involve them immediately in guest recovery issues
  • Other duties as assigned
