The role of the Busser at The Diner is integral to ensuring that guests receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until their departure. As a Busser, you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service not only to guests but also to the food servers and host/hostess. Your primary focus will be to assist servers by clearing and setting tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This position requires a proactive approach to supporting your team, anticipating needs during busy service periods, and ensuring that the restaurant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Job Duties
