The role being hired for is an essential support position that assists the Bartender, Cocktail Staff, and Wait Staff by maintaining cleanliness and providing timely and friendly service. This position is vital to ensuring that guests have an unparalleled experience of food, drinks, and games. The responsibilities include maintaining bus station cleanliness, restocking supplies, and helping with opening and closing duties. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods. A positive attitude with friendly communication skills is essential as the position involves constant guest interaction. While prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred, it is not required. The minimum age for applicants is 16 years. This position offers a starting salary of $16.90 per hour, with varying shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends. Job Requirements
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Maintain bus stand cleanliness and stock supplies
- Ensure wait stations remain clean
- Empty trash and perform spot sweeps as needed or when requested by a manager
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities including party breakdown duties
- Restock and prepare supplies for shift changes or closing
- Ensure food is properly garnished before serving to guests
- Follow tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery of food
- Buss and reset tables
- Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware and refilling beverages
- Assist in party setup
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including restocking supplies
- Clean high chairs and booster chairs
- Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor and smile while working various shifts including days, nights and weekends
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
