One of Pyramid Global Hospitality's premier locations is the Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing, a unique hotel situated directly on the Delaware River Waterfront in downtown Philadelphia. This notable property features 350 elegantly appointed guest rooms and 24,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, providing guests with an unmatched combination of comfort and convenience. The Hilton Philadelphia at Penn's Landing currently seeks a highly motivated, customer-focused Busser to join their dynamic team. This role is central to maintaining the high standards of service and cleanliness expected at a world-class hospitality venue. As a Busser, the individual will play a critical part in supporting the restaurant’s service team by ensuring tables and dining areas are impeccably maintained and organized. This position requires quick thinking, efficiency, and a friendly, engaging demeanor to help create memorable dining experiences for guests.

The Busser will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting servers by maintaining clean and ready tables, replenishing server stations, and keeping the restaurant environment pristine throughout service hours. This role demands collaboration with other restaurant servers and kitchen or bar staff to ensure seamless operations and superior guest service. Job Requirements

  • Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
  • Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the server stations
  • Assist the servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests
  • Assist servers with continual service details
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area
  • Be the master of the restaurant, understanding the details of the operation
  • Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
