We are currently seeking an experienced Busser to join our dynamic team. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our restaurant, directly supporting our service staff by managing table setup, clearing, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. The Busser will assist servers by delivering food and refilling beverages, ensuring that guests receive prompt and attentive service at all times. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a busser or similar role in a high volume restaurant
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while assisting other team members
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to stand for long periods and carry out tasks that require movement and lifting

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers
  • Ensure the trash and disposal areas are kept clean and organized
