The role of Busser/Runner at Asia Live Silicon Valley is essential to maintaining the smooth flow of service for diners and staff alike. This position supports servers and kitchen staff by efficiently clearing and resetting tables, cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, and assisting with drink service when necessary. Busser/Runners play a critical role in ensuring quick table turnovers, supporting servers and hosts in delivering an exceptional dining experience. This position is fast-paced, requiring the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and demands physical capability to stand and walk for long periods as well as lift trays or bus tubs. Job Duties
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables quickly and efficiently
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and booths between guests
- Reset tables with clean silverware, napkins, and condiments
- Refill water glasses and assist servers with drink service when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and service stations
- Assist in stocking supplies
- Help run food from kitchen to tables
- Support servers and hosts to ensure quick table turnover
- Other duties as assigned
