In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining space, clearing dishes and glassware with finesse even as guests continue their meals. You will reset tables between diners to maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere and assist waitstaff by replenishing service areas as needed. Occasionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with dishwashing duties, further supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
