We are currently seeking dedicated Busser Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment that upholds the high standards Chili's is known for. As a Busser Team Member, your responsibilities include efficiently clearing dishes, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables promptly for incoming guests. You will support the wait staff and management by ensuring that the dining room runs smoothly and remains inviting throughout service hours.
This position demands a fast-paced work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork. Being friendly, warm, and caring towards both customers and fellow team members is essential. The role requires the ability to think quickly, respond promptly to restaurant needs, and perform tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Some evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts will be necessary, requiring flexibility with scheduling.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
- Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Requires some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
