Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required
- strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- experience with cleaning, bussing, or supporting restaurant operations is a plus
- enthusiastic attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment
- knowledge of the food industry or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area
- assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed
- maintain cleanliness of dining surfaces, chairs, and floors through regular cleaning and sanitation
- support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- help with setting up catering events or special functions when required
- communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- ensure all areas of the restaurant are organized, sanitized, and ready for guests at all times
