Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ years of busser experience in a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere
- Must possess or be able to complete ServSafe/Food Handler’s training and certification
Job Qualifications

- 2+ years of busser experience in a high-volume hospitality or fine dining atmosphere preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure exceptional guest service and teamwork
- Fill and empty bus carts, properly stack dirty dishes and assist guests with a positive attitude
- Clear and carry dirty dishes to the dish stations
- Sanitize tables and chairs, removing debris from the floor, sweeping and mopping as necessary
- Replace/refill condiments and clean dirty condiment-dispensing containers
- Roll and replenish silverware stock
- Complete all side work tasks
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Inform guests of any food and beverage specials
- Assist with food running, serving drinks, and seating guests
- Communicate with management professionally and involve them immediately in guest recovery issues
- Other duties as assigned
