Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience as a busser or in a hospitality role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proactive and helpful attitude
- A food handling certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
- TIPS certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a busser or in a hospitality role is preferred
- Enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in English, second language is a plus
- Ability to perform proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment or machinery
- Positive and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service
Job Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished their meals or drinks
- Reset tables with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments to prepare for the next group of guests
- Assist in washing dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring a continuous supply of clean items for service
- Help the bar staff by collecting empty glasses, bottles, and other barware, and assisting in keeping the bar area organized
- Interact with guests in a friendly and helpful manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have
- Assist servers in refilling water glasses and delivering non-alcoholic beverages to tables
- Keep the dining and bar areas clean and tidy, sweeping and mopping floors as needed
