Job Duties

  • Sets and clears restaurant tables
  • stocks all service stations with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • assists food servers with table service
  • quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting
  • maintains cleanliness and organization of dining areas including wiping down booths and chairs, moving tables and chairs, and cleaning floors
  • serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
  • transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • performs general cleaning and side work such as folding napkins, replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • handles special guest requests and supports greeting and seating guests
  • performs other duties as assigned
