Job Duties
- Set and clear restaurant tables
- stock all service stations
- assist food servers with table service
- quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- wipe down booths and chairs
- move tables and chairs
- clean floors as necessary
- serve guests beverages, breads and butter and replenish as necessary
- assist servers with food and beverage service
- transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
- fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
- perform all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- perform other duties as assigned such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests
