Job Duties
- Serve as a dining room busser by preparing dining areas for residents by setting tables and stocking supplies prior to service
- Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate large groups
- Clear tables and unload trays in the kitchen, separating dishes, silverware, and linen
- Reset tables by arranging silverware and glassware
- Refill water glasses and greet customers properly
- Assist with dining room cleanliness by removing dirty dishes and cleaning spills
- Run food to correct tables timely as a food runner
- Support wait staff and bartenders by assisting with food delivery and resident requests
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
