The role currently available at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is for a Busser, a pivotal position within the restaurant operation. As a Busser, the successful candidate will support the service team in delivering memorable hospitality to guests by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining areas. Responsibilities include clearing and setting tables, replenishing serving stations, and actively supporting servers to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. The position demands quick thinking, a positive and engaging attitude, and a dedication to teamwork. Serving as the backbone of the restaurant's operation, the Busser helps ensure every guest encounter is seamless and enjoyable.
