The Busser position at Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their careers in the restaurant industry. As a Busser, you play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, managing server stations, clearing and cleaning tables promptly, and collaborating closely with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff. This role requires a proactive, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering top-tier service.
