Eurest is currently seeking to hire a part-time Busser at their Paramount location in Los Angeles, California. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the dining experience, facilitating excellent table service in a high-volume fine dining environment. The Busser will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining tables, supporting food servers by servicing guests, and managing service stations efficiently during all meal periods. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting
- promptly resets all serviceware as prescribed
- maintains stock and cleanliness of service stations including silverware, linen and condiments
- wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
- serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as needed
- assists servers with food and beverage service
- transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- performs general cleaning tasks and side work as assigned
- folds napkins to maintain supply
- handles special guest requests and greeting and seating guests
