Job Description

The role of the Busser is integral to maintaining Oak View Group's high standards in food and beverage service within its convention center venues. This position supports front-of-house operations in either the cafeteria or full-service restaurant settings. The Busser is responsible for ensuring that dining areas remain clean, organized, and inviting throughout the guest's visit. This includes clearing and resetting tables efficiently, assisting servers, bartenders, and baristas, and replenishing supplies such as ice, glassware, silverware, and condiments promptly. The Busser also plays a key role in transporting dishes and utensils to designated dishwashing areas, thereby supporting the culinary team and contributing to the seamless flow of service.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $26.00 and is tip-eligible, providing an opportunity for additional earnings based on performance and guest satisfaction. Job Duties

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently throughout service in the café and/or restaurant
  • Assist servers, bartenders, and baristas by delivering water, food items, condiments, and other guest requests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, café seating areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces
  • Refill ice, glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies throughout shifts
  • Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas
  • Support both café and restaurant operations based on business needs and event schedules
  • Assist with opening and closing side work duties
