As a team member at Caesars Sportsbook and Chase Field, you will play a critical role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Your duties will include greeting guests warmly, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, maintaining station cleanliness and stock throughout all meal periods, and supporting servers whenever necessary. You will also cooperate with your team to facilitate smooth operations, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, and perform additional tasks as assigned to contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience
  • Ability to assist with food preparation, setup, and cleaning tasks
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements
  • May require valid certifications including ServSafe Alcohol Certification and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in friendly and welcoming manner
  • Promptly clear dirty tables and prepare tables for resetting
  • Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including flatware, linen, condiments, wipes down chairs and tables, and clean area
  • Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Collaborate with servers to maintain clear communication and ensure prompt service
  • Assist servers by refilling water glasses, bussing tables, and other support tasks
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Perform side work, re-stocking, inventory, cleaning and opening or closing duties
  • Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness of restaurant and back-of-house areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned
