We are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Busser to join our team. The busser plays a crucial role in assisting both the wait staff and bartenders by maintaining clean, organized, and well-prepared tables and service areas. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are essential. Those employed in this role can expect to be responsible for promptly clearing and sanitizing tables once guests depart, resetting tables with fresh place settings, and helping restock stations to ensure the flow of service continues without interruption.
The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills to interact pleasantly and professionally with dining guests and colleagues alike. It is important that the busser has a good sense of menu items to better assist in service areas and coordinate effectively with the wait staff. Physical stamina is also required, as this job involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Though prior restaurant experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Job Requirements
- Be able to walk, stand, bend, twist, move around for the entire duration of the scheduled shift
- Be able to lift or carry up to 15 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Job Duties
- Remove used/unnecessary plates while guests are still seated at the table
- Remove extra place settings at the table or provide any additional settings as needed
- Prepare tables for the next round of service by removing all plates and glasses
- Sanitize the table and surrounding area for its next turn
- Reset place settings: complete with silverware, water glasses, and bread plate, etc.
- Restock and assist with maintenance of expo/servers' stations, glass washing area, etc.
- Empty trash containers and dirty dish receptacles
- Assist with refilling ice for bar service station
