This includes resetting tables to the highest standards of consistency and elegance, assisting with water and bread service, and ensuring tables are clean, polished, and fully set prior to seating. A key aspect is contributing to seamless table turnover while upholding a calm and refined atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.\n\nThe Busser is also instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, including floors, service stations, and pathways. Tasks include refilling and restocking service essentials such as glassware, flatware, and linens, polishing glassware and silverware to impeccable presentation standards, and assisting in the operational flow and visual harmony of the dining room. Team collaboration forms the cornerstone of this position, as the Busser will work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and elegant service execution. Strong communication regarding table status, guest needs, and timing is essential.
