The role of Busser at Pendry offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to contribute to outstanding food and beverage service. The position involves preparing dining areas by setting and resetting tables with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates, and napkins before, during, and after service periods. Busser duties include assisting servers by pre-bussing and bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness by promptly addressing spills and broken dishware, and preserving the overall tidiness of the restaurant environment. This role also requires maintaining and cleaning all equipment, tools, and supplies used during service.

Job Duties

  • Assist with server and associate's needs
  • set and reset tables before, during and after service periods with clean polished silverware, glassware, share plates and napkins as necessary
  • pre-bus and bussing of tables during service period
  • assist servers with service steps where necessary
  • clean all spills, and broken glassware/dishes immediately, use floor signs when necessary and maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
  • clean and maintain all equipment, tools, and supplies
  • deliver on guests' expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
  • perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs
