Job Requirements
- Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
- demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail and a sense of urgency
- ability to move throughout the café during visits including standing, walking, kneeling and bending for extended periods
- ability to sit for extended periods
- ability to make repetitive movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
- ability to verbally communicate clearly and perceive sounds
- manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- ability to occasionally lift, push, pull, balance or carry items up to 10 pounds
- ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals and loud noisy environments
- ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance according to uniform guidelines
- practice general safety and sanitation standards
- commitment to recycling where possible

- willingness to cross-train as needed between serving and bussing roles
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a food service or hospitality environment is desirable
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- friendliness and a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests quickly and efficiently
- deliver condiments and drinks as needed including alcoholic beverages
- refill beverages as needed and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and polite manner
- promptly and professionally handle guest issues and communicate problems and concerns to management
- maintain a clean and organized server alley and expo area
- stock ice and glassware on the server line
- pre-buss tables
- clean and reset dirty tables
- sweep the floor
- assist and communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house staff
