Indian Pueblo Kitchen (IPK) is a renowned restaurant located within the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work morning and afternoon shifts

Job Duties

  • assist in daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
  • prepare and serve breakfast and lunch dishes inspired by Pueblo culinary traditions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
  • provide excellent customer service reflecting Pueblo hospitality
  • collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation
  • manage inventory and assist with supply restocking
  • comply with food safety and health regulations
