Job Requirements

Job Duties
- assist in daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- prepare and serve breakfast and lunch dishes inspired by Pueblo culinary traditions
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- provide excellent customer service reflecting Pueblo hospitality
- collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of food quality and presentation
- manage inventory and assist with supply restocking
- comply with food safety and health regulations
