Job Duties

  • Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
  • Promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed
  • Assist in the stocking of server stations
  • Assist server with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
  • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned
  • Fold napkins for all meal periods to maintain an adequate supply
  • Replenish condiments and restock sidestands in assistance to food servers
  • Perform other duties as requested including cleaning spills, answering telephones, taking room service orders, handling special guest requests, organizing buffet, greeting and seating guests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction according to Hilton guidelines
