Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bussing experience preferred
- Ability to understand and communicate basic English
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push or move goods up to 200 lbs using a hand cart or truck
- Ability to work varying schedules as needed
- Dependable and team-oriented
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bussing experience preferred
- Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and serviceware
- Ability to understand and communicate English to comprehend and respond to basic guest requests
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to 200 lbs
Job Duties
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- Promptly and consistently reset all serviceware as prescribed
- Assist in the stocking of server stations
- Assist server with food and beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned
- Fold napkins for all meal periods to maintain an adequate supply
- Replenish condiments and restock sidestands in assistance to food servers
- Perform other duties as requested including cleaning spills, answering telephones, taking room service orders, handling special guest requests, organizing buffet, greeting and seating guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction according to Hilton guidelines
