Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Set and reset dining room tables
  • refill water glasses
  • serve bread and butter
  • restock clean plates, silverware, and glassware
  • respond to guest needs
  • assist servers, bartenders, and team members
  • maintain cleanliness and order in service stations
  • communicate with managers regarding reservations and special events
  • package and deliver take-home items
  • ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards
  • assist in meetings, banquets, and special events
