The company places great emphasis on the health, well-being, and work-life balance of its team members, offering a comprehensive benefits package that supports employees and their families. This commitment is evident in the inclusive culture and employee-first approach Hard Rock Casino Bristol fosters, ensuring a positive and rewarding workplace.

The position available is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all food and beverage wares, kitchens, and service areas. The employee will be responsible for rotating inventory, using appropriate transfer slips, and managing beverage and dining areas to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

The position demands strong teamwork and communication skills to interact with guests and coworkers positively, fostering an inviting and professional atmosphere. Attention to detail is imperative for rotating food properly, monitoring all aspects of the dining area's cleanliness, and performing opening and closing duties. The role also requires adherence to cash handling policies and timely notification of supply needs or repairs to supervisors.

Required certifications include a valid Food Handlers Card, Liquor License, and Gaming Badge, with mandatory maintenance of all certifications in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Candidates must pass background and drug screenings, be at least 21 years old, and demonstrate flexibility to work holidays, weekends, and varied shifts.

The work environment includes exposure to noisy, smoke-filled areas, and requires physical stamina to stand and walk frequently while lifting and moving up to 50 pounds. The company values employees who bring a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations with common courtesy and professionalism.
