Job Requirements
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull 30lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide water service
- Provide bread service
- Maintain proper beverage levels at the table
- Clearing tables
- Maintaining table maintenance
- Marking tables for each course if necessary
- Serving food
- Resetting tables
- Re-stocking service stations
- Assisting servers, hosts, and bartenders as needed
- Maintaining the neatness, cleanliness and organization of the dining room
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
