Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a busser or in a similar restaurant role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers and bartenders by pre-bussing tables and responding to guest needs as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas
- Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to designated areas
- Help restock plates, glassware, silverware, and other service items
- Support servers and bartenders during busy service periods to ensure timely guest service
