Job Requirements

- Ability to operate cash register beverage guns cutting boards ice machines knives coffee and frozen drink machines and other equipment
- Ability to complete required cash transaction paperwork
- Tolerance for secondary smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust environments
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain and retain KRGC Gaming License
- One year of direct customer contact experience preferred
- Mandatory testing on restaurant menu knowledge
- Must wear black slip-resistant shoes as part of uniform
- Display professionalism with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance as per Gilley's Team Member Handbook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work nights weekends holidays and overtime as required
Job Duties
- Supply the dining room and guest tables with clean plates silverware glassware utensils condiments and paper supplies
- Remove dirty dishes soiled linens glassware and silverware from tables and counters clean table and counters according to procedure then carry soiled items to dishwashing area
- Clean and sanitize chairs and booth cushions
- Refill water glasses and coffee upon guest requests
- Replenish butter condiments coffee tea and refrigerated dining room items
- Reset tables and perform related duties as requested by Food Server
- Maintain clean and stocked workstation
- Ensure all lost and found articles are turned into management immediately
- Ensure dining room floors are clean and free of spills and debris
- Handle high-volume customer interactions with an outgoing upbeat and cheerful attitude
- Build guest relations by engaging with customers and making them feel welcome comfortable and inviting them back
- Observe dining room activity and report anything unusual
- Handle routine customer complaints discreetly and escalate to management as needed
- Dispose of cups glasses or bottles left on the floor by guests
- Adhere to regulatory departmental and company policies ethically and encourage others
- Resolve guest disputes quickly and notify manager when necessary
- Cross-train in other food and beverage areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
