Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth table turnover
- Assist servers with water service, bread service, and guest needs as requested
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas
- Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service when needed
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly and transport them to the dish area
- Set tables according to restaurant standards with proper utensils, napkins, and glassware
- Support servers and management to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
