The Busser position at Gianni's Restaurant is a full-time, non-management role integral to the smooth operation of the front of house and kitchen support teams. As a Busser, you will be a vital part of maintaining the restaurant's clean, organized, and efficient dining environment, which is essential for providing guests with seamless service from arrival to departure. In this role, Bussers are responsible for clearing and resetting tables quickly to facilitate smooth table turnover, assisting servers with tasks such as water and bread service, and ensuring the dining area and service stations remain orderly throughout the service period. Additionally, Bussers support beverage service by refilling water glasses and promptly removing used dishes and glassware. They must also be prepared to set tables according to the restaurant's standards, including proper placement of utensils, napkins, and glassware, to ensure every detail contributes to an inviting dining atmosphere.
