The current opportunity is for a full-time Busser role based at the Microsoft location, with a fixed hourly rate of $29.75. This position follows a weekday schedule from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday, making it an ideal fit for individuals looking for consistent daytime hours in a vibrant corporate dining setting. As a Busser at Eurest, you will be responsible for a variety of duties including quickly clearing and resetting tables, maintaining all service stations fully supplied with necessary equipment such as silverware, linens, and condiments, and assisting servers by replenishing beverages and bread. Your role also encompasses transporting dirty tableware to dishwashing stations and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the dining area by performing general cleaning tasks and managing unexpected spills efficiently. The job requires attentiveness, a team-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to meeting guest needs.

Job Requirements
- Similar experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
- Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen and condiments
- Wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, cleans floors as necessary
- Serves guests beverages, breads and butter and replenishes as necessary
- Assists servers with food and beverage service
- Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- Performs general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Folds napkins to maintain an adequate supply throughout the day
- Replenishes condiments and restocks side stands
- Cleans unexpected spills and handles special guest requests
- Greets and seats guests as needed
