Eurest is currently hiring full-time Bussers for the Delta SEA D1 location in SeaTac, WA. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the dining experience in a fine dining setting. Working as a Busser requires an organized and proactive individual who can swiftly clear and reset tables, support the food service team, and ensure the dining room environment is welcoming and well-stocked. The Bussers are essential in providing guests with a seamless dining experience by ensuring the restaurant is clean, tables are properly set, and service stations are fully stocked.

The position offers a competitive fixed pay rate of $28.00 per hour with weekly pay. Applicants should have prior experience in fine dining and bussing, which is preferred but not mandatory. The schedule involves full-time hours with open availability preferred due to the variability of days and times required, including weekends. Job Duties

  • Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting
  • promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
  • maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
  • wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
  • serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary
  • assists servers with food and beverage service
  • transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
  • performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
  • folds napkins to maintain supply
  • performs assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • handles special guest requests, cleans unexpected spills, greets and seats guests
  • performs other duties as assigned
