- ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
- ability to perform physical tasks such as moving tables and cleaning floors

Job Duties
- Set and clear restaurant tables
- stock all service stations
- assist food servers with table service
- quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods
- wipe down booths and chairs
- move tables and chairs
- clean floors as necessary
- serve guests beverages, breads and butter and replenish as necessary
- assist servers with food and beverage service
- transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products
- fold napkins to maintain supply
- perform assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- clean unexpected spills
- handle special guest requests
- greet and seat guests
- perform other duties as assigned
