Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior bussing or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- availability to work full-time with flexible schedules including weekends
- customer service orientation
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- willingness to adhere to company policies and health regulations
Job Qualifications
- Prior bussing experience preferred
- experience in fine dining environments preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to detail and cleanliness
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks related to dining room maintenance
Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting
- maintains stock and cleanliness of service stations during all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
- wipes down booths and chairs and moves tables and chairs as necessary
- serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as needed
- assists servers with food and beverage service
- transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area
- performs general cleaning using standard products as assigned
- folds napkins to maintain supply
- performs assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
- handles special guest requests and assists with greeting and seating guests
- performs other duties as assigned
