We are currently hiring for a full-time Busser position at our Delta SEA D1 location, situated at 17801 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98158. This role offers a fixed pay rate of $28.00 per hour with weekly pay distribution, and additional perks such as an internal employee referral bonus. Ideal candidates should possess a prior background in fine dining and bussing, although full training and support will be provided.

As a Busser, you will play a vital role in supporting the front-of-house operations by ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, service stations are maintained and stocked, and guests receive attentive and efficient assistance throughout their dining experience. The position requires flexibility, as schedules may vary including weekend shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of restaurant service. Successful Bussers demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to contributing to a clean and welcoming dining environment. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior bussing or restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and carry moderate weight
  • availability to work full-time with flexible schedules including weekends

  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting
  • maintains stock and cleanliness of service stations during all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
  • wipes down booths and chairs and moves tables and chairs as necessary
  • serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as needed
  • assists servers with food and beverage service
  • transports dirty tableware to dishwashing area
  • performs general cleaning using standard products as assigned
  • folds napkins to maintain supply
  • performs assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
  • handles special guest requests and assists with greeting and seating guests
  • performs other duties as assigned
