Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
- Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis
- May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning about food and beverage
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
Job Duties
- Seamlessly coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely food delivery
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Support guests by promptly responding to their needs and requests
- Carry and transport food items safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all food handling and service activities
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during high-paced service periods
- Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment
