The role of Busser/Food Runner at Standard Beer + Food is critical in maintaining the high standards of guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in restaurant or foodservice environment preferred
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
ability to carry food and drink items safely
flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

deliver prepared food and beverages from kitchen/bar to guests' tables promptly and efficiently
ensure each order is accurate and properly presented before serving
check in with guests to confirm orders meet expectations and address immediate needs
report quality or service issues to management quickly
respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance
coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth, timely service
clear and reset tables, maintain clean dining area, assist with bussing tables and refilling water
ensure food and beverages are served in a neat, presentable manner
