The role of Busser and Food Runner at Auberge du Soleil is vital to the success and seamless operation of our fine dining experience. As a Busser and Food Runner, you will be the backbone of the dining room, ensuring each guest enjoys a flawless and memorable visit. Your core responsibilities include assisting the service team by setting up and clearing tables efficiently, managing the timely delivery of beverages, and supporting guest needs throughout their meal. You will collaborate closely with servers and restaurant staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service quality. This position demands attentiveness, teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality. The wage ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 per hour, offering competitive compensation for this essential role. Job Duties

  • assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience
  • assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience
  • collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards
  • assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols
