Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Must have availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Flexible schedule availability

Job Duties

  • Maintain clean and organized dining areas, patios, and communal spaces throughout service
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guest seatings
  • Assist servers and bartenders by running food, refilling water, and restocking service stations
  • Handle glassware, dishes, and utensils with care and safety in mind
  • Support host team with keeping waitlist areas clear and ready
  • Be proactive about spotting messes, spills, or guest needs before being asked
  • Help maintain restroom cleanliness and overall guest-facing presentation
  • Work closely with the FOH team to ensure smooth service flow and a great guest experience
  • Complete daily sidework as needed
  • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to the correct tables
  • Communicate with the kitchen, FOH, and expo to ensure order accuracy and timing
  • Describe dishes to guests when needed and handle special requests or dietary notes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station and food pick-up areas
  • Help with restocking and polishing as needed during and after service
  • Assist bussers in clearing and resetting tables when needed
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, presentation, and sanitation
  • Complete sidework and running duties
