This role is a crucial part of the resort's food and beverage team, centered on delivering outstanding guest service in an upscale restaurant setting within the resort. As a member of the Muckleshoot Casino Resort team, you will be responsible for upholding the company’s mission, vision, and values while consistently exemplifying excellent guest service and professionalism. The role involves various duties such as preparing tables to meet strict standards, promptly clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring the cleanliness of the working and guest areas to create a safe and sanitary environment. Additionally, you will be tasked with assisting wait staff, maintaining inventory of dining necessities like napkins and condiments, and actively engaging with guests to ensure their satisfaction and comfort during their visit.
Success in this position requires the ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license, excellent customer service skills, and commitment to health and safety standards, including maintaining a valid Washington State Health Card or Food Handlers Permit. Experience in upscale hospitality or fine dining environments is highly preferred but not mandatory, as role-specific training will be provided to candidates demonstrating a strong passion for customer service, motivation to learn, and professionalism in demeanor.

Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Set up tables with clean tablecloths, napkins, utensils, and glassware before guests arrive
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring they are reset for the next guest
- Empty and clean trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices
- Refill supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments as needed
- Replenish ice and beverage stations
- Assist the wait staff as needed
- Always keep the floor area and seats clean and presentable and in a safe and sanitary manner
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries
- Anticipate and proactively address guest requirements to enhance their dining experience
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment
- Smile and engage guests and team members with a positive professional demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned
