Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Experience in upscale hospitality or fine dining restaurant highly preferred
- Motivation to learn and a professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and safety regulations as required
- Ability to demonstrate a well-groomed presence and always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to follow specific instructions
- Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the restaurant and guests
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work efficiently, and manage time to keep up with the pace of service
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support, and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Set up tables with clean tablecloths, napkins, utensils, and glassware before guests arrive
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring they are reset for the next guest
- Empty and clean trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal and recycling practices
- Refill supplies such as napkins, straws, and condiments as needed
- Replenish ice and beverage stations
- Assist the wait staff as needed
- Always keep the floor area and seats clean and presentable and in a safe and sanitary manner
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries
- Anticipate and proactively address guest requirements to enhance their dining experience
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment
- Smile and engage guests and team members with a positive professional demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Follow all the unique standards and steps of service to your particular outlet
