We are currently seeking dedicated Bussers to join the Eddie Merlot's team. Bussers are vital to the seamless operation of the dining room and play a key role in supporting servers, bartenders, and management to ensure guests receive superior hospitality. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about guest service and hospitality to grow within a respected company. Bussers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, serving bread, refilling beverages, and anticipating guest needs throughout their shift.

The role involves a variety of duties aimed at creating a polished and efficient dining experience. Bussers must be punctual and adhere to strict uniform and appearance standards. They are expected to complete initial and ongoing training modules to understand the restaurant's procedures, reservation flow, special event accommodations, and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol policies. Strong communication skills are essential as Bussers collaborate closely with management and other front-of-house team members.

In addition to table maintenance, Bussers shall support the restaurant ambiance by keeping service stations stocked and orderly, baking and serving bread, packaging take-home items, and assisting in special events such as banquets. They play a prominent role in guest interactions by providing basic information about the restaurant and ensuring guests feel appreciated and welcomed. Flexibility is key, as Bussers may be asked to assist in different dining sections or work during meetings and special events.
