The resort places a strong emphasis on delivering superior customer service, maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment, and promoting a positive team culture to ensure every visitor and employee experiences the highest standards in hospitality and entertainment.
The role offered is an entry-level position ideal for individuals passionate about guest service and eager to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role provides the opportunity to engage directly with guests, supporting the wait staff, maintaining clean and presentable dining areas, and ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $17.13 per hour, complemented by discretionary performance bonuses twice annually. Additionally, this role features comprehensive employee benefits including fully paid medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage for the employee, with competitive premiums for dependents. Employees also benefit from employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment coverage, and flexible spending accounts for healthcare expenses. To support staff in fulfilling their job responsibilities within the casino environment, the company covers the cost of necessary gaming licenses (Class A and Class B).
The selected candidate will exemplify Muckleshoot Casino Resort's core values by demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, replenishing water and coffee, restocking condiment shelves, and assisting wait staff as needed. The role demands maintaining cleanliness and safety of the floor area and seating to create a welcoming dining atmosphere. Employees are encouraged to foster positive work relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment, reporting any issues to management to maintain smooth operations. This entry-level position is perfect for motivated candidates who are keen to learn and grow within a supportive, dynamic hospitality setting. Training will be provided for those who display dedication to guest service and a professional demeanor, with ongoing support to help the employee succeed and develop their career within the resort.
