Job Requirements

Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and variable overtime
Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous bussing experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Job Duties

Provide supplies to all servers
Polish and stock equipment for operation including silverware, linens, and glassware
Set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after service
Set up tables with tabletop equipment per design
Ensure guest tables are maintained to standards and promptly
Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served
Assist servers as requested
Perform all opening and closing side duties
Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
Perform additional duties as assigned
