We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Busser to join our front-of-house team at Duke's Steakhouse. This role is critical in supporting the smooth operation of the dining area and ensuring that guests enjoy a world-class experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. The Busser plays an essential part in maintaining clean and organized tables, stocking and polishing tableware, and assisting servers and other staff members as needed. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, has a keen eye for detail, and genuinely enjoys contributing to a positive dining atmosphere.
The Busser at Duke's Steakhouse will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including setting up and clearing tables to the highest standard, restocking linens, silverware, and glassware, and ensuring coffee service is prepared and available. The ideal candidate will also assist in opening and closing duties and provide fast, friendly, and professional service to guests and colleagues alike. Flexibility is key in this role, as Busser schedules may include varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime to accommodate the dynamic nature of the casino and restaurant business.

Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and variable overtime
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous bussing experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Provide supplies to all servers
- Polish and stock equipment for operation including silverware, linens, and glassware
- Set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after service
- Set up tables with tabletop equipment per design
- Ensure guest tables are maintained to standards and promptly
- Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served
- Assist servers as requested
- Perform all opening and closing side duties
- Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
