Job Requirements

  • previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • strong leadership capabilities
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • lead and motivate team members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives
  • oversee local restaurant marketing and promotional activities
  • analyze and manage Profit and Loss statements to achieve financial goals
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • implement best practices for customer service excellence
  • foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
