Our Busser Team Members play a vital role in ensuring every guest at Chili's enjoys a clean, comfortable, and sanitary dining atmosphere. This position is responsible for the swift and efficient clearing of dishes, sweeping floors, restocking supplies, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables in preparation for new guests. As a member of the service team, bussers must work closely with restaurant managers and fellow staff to maintain the pace and flow of the dining room, contributing to an overall positive guest experience. The role demands a friendly and warm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
requires some shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays
contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
