We are currently seeking Busser Team Members to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that guests enjoy a clean, safe, and comfortable dining environment. As a Busser at Chili's, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room quickly and efficiently. You will work alongside service staff to clear dishes, sweep floors, stock supplies, sanitize surfaces, and reset tables promptly for incoming guests. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Good communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping dining room floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests
Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager
Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
Assist with restaurant cleanliness and organization as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Handle shifts on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
