The Busser position at Santa Ana Star Casino is an integral role within the dining service team. This role focuses on supporting servers and ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and efficiently maintained to provide top-tier service to guests. The candidate must obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Servers license and Food Handler’s Card within 90 days of hire. Job Requirements
- Obtain a New Mexico Alcohol Servers license and Food handlers Cards within 90 days of hire
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, use hands and fingers
- must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- must be able to work well in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment
- must have excellent observation and problem-solving abilities
- must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- must exercise tact, diplomacy, and care in sensitive or critical situations
- must be professional and a team player
- all employees required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
Job Qualifications
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- excellent guest service skills
- good interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- professional appearance suitable for a fine dining atmosphere
- adherence to a strict dress code and personal grooming
- bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- must be proficient in smartphone applications, email, and text communications
- capable of obtaining and maintaining a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-gaming license
Job Duties
