IDG is recognized for creating trend-setting dining destinations known for combining striking design with memorable guest experiences. This summer, IDG is expanding its footprint into Napa Valley, a prestigious wine country, bringing its signature energy and expertise through a new culinary partnership with Casa Mani Resort.
Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley offers a newly transformed luxury resort experience. Within this setting, IDG is curating an exciting collection of elevated dining venues that focus on seasonality, craftsmanship, and modern culinary techniques. These include a signature steakhouse, lively social spaces, and offerings inspired by local flavors and ingredients. This expansion into luxury resort dining underscores IDG's commitment to bold flavor profiles, high-quality ingredients, and creating unforgettable moments for guests.
The role offered is that of a Busser at BOA Steakhouse within Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley. As a vital part of the front-of-house team, a Busser ensures the overall cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant environment. This includes resetting tables efficiently and professionally, supporting servers with expediting dishes and guest services, and maintaining the grooming of both the dining area and its perimeters. The Busser collaborates closely with the serving and hosting staff to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction throughout operating hours.
This position provides an opportunity to be a part of one of Napa Valley’s most anticipated culinary destinations, offering a dynamic work environment in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant setting. The Busser role demands flexibility in scheduling including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to accommodate the business's varying needs. The position is suitable for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure while delivering exceptional hospitality. The role requires physical stamina and attentiveness to detail since it involves standing for extended periods, lifting medium weights, and ensuring the restaurant space is both welcoming and impeccably maintained.
Joining IDG means becoming part of a company that values creativity, excellence, and teamwork. Employees benefit from working amidst culinary excellence and innovative hospitality practices. IDG is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace, welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and encouraging all qualified candidates to apply. This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to build their careers in luxury dining and hospitality within the vibrant, culturally rich setting of Napa Valley’s wine country.
